The Original Dynamic Signal
Dynamic Signal, an Employee Advocacy startup based in the Bay Area, was founded in 2010. I joined the company in 2012 as employee #16, witnessing firsthand its rapid growth and evolution. Over the years, the company expanded significantly, growing to over 300 employees and establishing multiple offices worldwide. It was an exciting journey to be part of such a dynamic and fast-growing organization.

The original Dynamic Signal logo was already in place when I joined the company. Over time, the branding underwent several phases of expansion and refinement to keep up with the company’s growth. However, in 2018, a new Chief Marketing Officer with a fresh vision came on board, leading the push for a comprehensive rebranding initiative that would better reflect the company’s evolving identity and goals.
Dynamic Signal Re-Branding
For the rebranding of Dynamic Signal, we aimed to create a fresher, more contemporary look by updating the entire color scheme. We shifted to softer, eye-friendly shades of blue, incorporating subtle gradients to add depth and make the designs feel more dynamic and modern.
When it came to the logo iconography, we decided to merge the letters "D" and "S" to create a more dynamic and playful symbol. The new design also subtly resembled a face, which aligned with the company’s focus on employee advocacy. While many designs were explored, we ultimately chose one that struck the perfect balance between modernity and the energetic spirit of a Bay Area tech startup.

I also contributed to a wide variety of projects for the marketing team, working closely with both the sales and events teams. My work spanned across multiple deliverables, including sales decks, flyers, posters, and eBooks, as well as creating comprehensive assets for booth events. Each project required collaboration and creative solutions to ensure everything aligned with the company’s branding and goals.

Promotional Video for Dynamic Signal Summit
I worked on a promotional video for the sold-out Dynamic Signal Summit, helping to capture the excitement and energy of the event. The video was produced using After Effects and Final Cut, combining motion graphics and video editing to create a dynamic and engaging piece that resonated with attendees and showcased the event’s highlights.
